Electronic Submission Guide

All accepted papers will be processed electronically. Electronic submission of papers helps speed up the production process, ensures greater accuracy, and builds an electronic abstract and index base. To complete the production and final typesetting of your paper, the Editor-in-Chief must also receive the electronic (machine-readable) version prepared according to the instructions given below.

General Instructions:

You can submit the electronic version of your manuscript in one of the following formats created under Macintosh; Unix; Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, or 2000 operating system:

The electronic version of your manuscript can be submitted on 3 1/2" diskettes, a 100MB Zip disk, or a CD. Please include the following information on the label:

The submitted hard copy of the final version of your manuscript must be exactly the same as its submitted electronic version.

All complex figures, graphics and artwork must be created for camera-ready production. Please provide one of the following:

Make sure that your files are self-contained, i.e., there are no pointers to your system set-up.

Package your diskettes, Zip disk or CD to protect them in mailing.

Things not to do:

DO NOT send postscript or PDF files of the text (They cannot be used in typesetting your manuscript.)

DO NOT send the files via e-mail.
