M. Joseph Sirgy). You can contact the instructor by e-mail at
sirgy@vt.edu at anytime. The instructor should get back to you within 24-36
hours. All other inquiries (e.g., enrollment, registration, testing, and receiving
the certificate) should be directed to ISQOLS central office. The most expeditious
way to communicate is through e-mail (isqols@vt.edu).
