Certification in QOL Research Related to Community Indicators Project

This certification program is designed to help QOL researchers specializing in community indicators projects obtain additional training and become officially certified in this field of specialty. The course involves learning five chapters of the course manual (course description). The course is taught by Prof. Dr. M. Joseph Sirgy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Blacksburg, Virginia, USA) who is widely recognized for his research in community quality of life (see About the Instructor). Each of the five modules (chapters) are broken down into learning objectives, core concepts, summary, progress check, and answers to progress check (Chapter Components). You can download the course manual directly from the website as a pdf file or you can order a print copy for an extra charge (Course Manual). After receiving the course manual and learning the material, the applicant can take the certification exam online exam. To pass the certification exam, the applicant must answer 25 out of the 30 exam questions correctly (see Exam).

Specific guidance is provided to applicants on how to study for the exam ( see How to Study for the Certification Exam).
