How to order publications?

The easiest way to purchase publications is the on-line publication order form.

Alternatively, print the publication order form below. Complete the publication
order form and send it to the ISQOLS central office (address: International Society
for Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS) 1800 Kraft Drive, Suite 111 Blacksburg, Virginia
24060-6351, USA). USA residents can make payment by personal check, institutional
check, money order, or complete the credit card information on the form. Non-USA
residents can make payment by international money order or complete the credit card
information on the form. If payment is made by either check or money order, make
check payable to the International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS).
Requirement: Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® is free software that lets
you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
